This is the privacy policy for FUN ON WHEELS UK driving school and trailer towing academy based in Bury St Edmunds Suffolk, offering driving lessons around Bury St Edmunds Suffolk and dedicated Car and Trailer Test tuition for candidates from across East Anglia by fully qualified DSA Approved Driving Instructor, Terry Bassingthwaighte.

We have obtained your personal data from yourself when initially booking with Fun On Wheels UK.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential, and will be shared only with Fun On Wheels UK Ltd or for booking your driving test as instructed by you.

We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary. We only retain your data for the following purposes and use the following criteria to determine how long to retain your personal data: to inform you of any relevant driving issues for a maximum of twelve months.

You are under an obligation to provide your personal data to us as so we are able to pass on training information, arrange driving lessons and training and book tests

  • The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;

We do not transfer personal data outside the uk.

We do not use any form of automated decision making in our business.
