Whenever you choose to learn to drive, fully ADI qualified Bury St Edmunds-based driving coach Terry Bassingthwaighte at FUN ON WHEELS UK will know how to put you at your ease and ensure that it is an enjoyable experience.
No matter where you live - in the centre of town or in the heart of the Suffolk countryside - learning to drive a car has become one of those must-have life-skills.
Some people can’t wait to get driving as soon as legally eligible; others may choose to wait a while or come to it later in life.
At FUN ON WHEELS UK, our individual coaching approach and pleasant learning environment achieves high success rates and is designed to work both for you and with you.
You'll learn to drive in our smart and comfortable, family-sized vehicle which naturally has a dual-control facility so that we can help you as you progress along your journey to becoming an independent driver.
Whether you’re a total novice, already partially trained or learning to drive at the age of 17 or 70, we can provide all the information and coaching you need to set you up for driving for life.

Deep down, we know that it’s only you who can guarantee that you’ll pass your test - but the students who have taken driving lessons with us can confirm how we are there to support you at every step of your learning journey.
Before you sign up for your driving lessons with us, we’ll need you to check that you’re allowed to drive and secure your provisional licence. After that we can help you with the following:
Step 1 – Driving lessons and driving practice
Step 2 – Preparing for your theory test. (You will however need to book and manage it.)
Step 3 – Booking and managing your driving test
Step 4 – When you pass, we can share recommendations for cost-saving ‘Black Box’ solutions, or offer ‘Pass Plus’ training – the Government’s practical training course to deliver enhanced skills and safer driving.

For the practical driving test for driving a car, the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has published a helpful video which includes information about the independent driving section of the test – Are you Ready? – which you can watch here »
In the video, it explains that candidates will only have to complete one reversing manoeuvre rather than two.
But the question is which of the four possible reversing manoeuvres will the examiner select at random on the day? Will it be forward bay parking? Parking on the right, then reversing two car lengths? Or reverse parking (either on the road, or into a bay)?
Don’t worry, at FUN ON WHEELS UK, we’d make it our business to ensure that you had the skills to tackle whichever one is picked calmly and confidently!
